Katanax Electric Fluxers are now exclusively available through SPEX CertiPrep Ltd for sale in Europe.

These automated fusion machines are tied to a simple, yet high-performance, electric furnace while meeting the demands of both small and large sample preparation applications. These versatile fluxers come equipped with everything you need to prepare both disks and solutions for XRF, AA, and ICP. Use the built-in recipes for oxides, minerals, metals, alloys, sulfides, fluoride, and more or create your own program. Both disk and solution units are included and they can readily do peroxide or pyrosulfate fusions.

K1 Single Sample Electric Fluxer

This one-position unit is an affordable way to bring safe and automated fusion to research labs where sample preparation is small to moderate. The ability to overlap processing of two samples results in up to 50% time savings over other machines and allows for a throughput of 5 to 7 samples per hour.

K2 Five Sample Electric Fluxer

This five-position unit is ideal for research labs processing multiple samples and in need of a high-throughput machine. It rivals gas fluxers with its ability to process 20-25 samples per hour and outperforms them all in terms of safety, simplicity, and value.

Get the best results possible by taking your sample preparation to the next level with SPEX CertiPrep and the Katanax Electric Fluxers.
