STARLIMS has been selected by a global biopharmaceutical company for a $1.1 million project including both a LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and STARLIMS SDMS, the company’s new integrated scientific document management system.
Integrating the customer’s information into a single platform will minimise instances of duplicate searches, increase data availability and facilitate information sharing across the organisation. The fully web-based platform will be deployed in several labs involved in disciplines ranging from bio-analytical science to molecular biology.
As a biopharmaceutical company, the customer needs iron-clad compliance with rigorous standards; and the STARLIMS v10 platform ensures such compliance by providing complete traceability. STARLIMS makes it possible to produce a completely auditable track record of all laboratory resources taking part in any specific analysis.
