New Turntables for Inoculation of Petri Dishes

WLD-TEC Gmbh has introduced the Sensorturn and Sensorturn pro. These new Turntables are designed for innoculation of Petri Dishes up to 150 mm in diameter.
They utilise touch-free IR-Sensor technology, which guarantees extremely simple operation with the movements of the hand. Alternatively they can be operated with an optional foot pedal.
These units offer Flexible Start-Stop functions or the second timer control with variable rotational periods from 1 - 25 seconds. For longer applications the time can be extended to 125 seconds.
The Sensorturn features a continuously variable rotational speed control with a range of 14 to 110 rpm. The Sensorturn pro range is 14 to 210 rpm. This control ensures uniform plating of petri dishes up to a
diameter of 100 mm (optional: up to 150 mm).
The highest degree of sterility is ensured by the device`s stainless steel construction and its flame-sterilisability.
