Reliable Autosampler for UV/VIS and NIR Sample Loading

Oct 06 2020

Have you got an UV-Visible/NIR Spectrophotometer in your lab? Are you tired to load manually your samples one by one? Do not worry: your half days - or even full days - boringly spent in sample acquisition are over.

You can now take advantage of the definitive solution for the automation of optical spectroscopy analysis, the HT1500U from HTA Srl that allows to fully automate the sample loading into UV-Visible/NIR Spectrometer.

The automation will bring the undoubted convenience of delegating the manual sample loading, but also undeniable advantages especially in terms of analytical results: you will experience consistent increase of productivity, gain in analysis robustness and even minimisation of the carry-over.

The on-board solvent reservoir allows for the probe and the whole flow path to be cleaned before processing the next sample, with the option to program the number of washing cycles according to the sample physical and chemical properties. Furthermore, sample replicas and calibration curves will be executed more often as the whole process is carried out unattended.

HT1500U is available in multiple configurations: it supports stainless steel as well as polymeric needle to deal with metal sensitive applications, and a wide choice of fluidics to deal with different sizes of flow through cells, including nano flow through cuvettes, micro cuvettes as well as macro cells. Different kinds of tubes are supported too: open or sealed tubes can be hosted to fit any applications. The tubes are organised in multiple racks - each of them removable - to allow continuous sample feeding and more convenient operation.

Regardless of the application you are running, the HT1500U will meet and exceed your expectations in terms of quality and reliability, requiring no or minimal training.

The automation of you UV-Visible/NIR Spectrometer requires just a preliminary step to make the spectrophotometer suitable for automation by HT1500U: the standard quartz cell/cuvette must be replaced with a flow cell. This flow cell will be then fully handled by HT1500U and all the samples will be automatically processed. No additional action is required: you can go away and return just for the post-production data management.
