NIR analysis just got better
Sep 09 2013
With the NIRS DS2500, near infrared analysis has taken yet another step into the future of routine analysis. The NIRS DS2500 Analyzer offers exceptional accuracy across a broad wavelength range and is designed for use in the receiving area or at-line of a variety of industries ranging from nutraceuticals and pharmaceuticals to chemicals and others.
The new predispersive monochromator technology used in the NIRS DS2500 ensures versatility and stability across the full spectral range from 400 to 2,500nm. In less than a minute, with the highest possible signal-to-noise ratio, the NIRS DS2500 can effortlessly manage analysis of demanding and low level parameters in need of high accuracy.
The spectrometer is equipped with internal standards for control of light intensity, bandwidth and wavelength position. Its stability can be validated to ensure that data transfer is continuously seamless, even over time. Due to its compact design, the NIRS DS2500 leaves plenty of working space and is very convenient to work with.
The NIRS DS2500 has been created for high performance in even the harshest production conditions. Robust, easy- to-use and IP65 certified, it withstands humidity, dust, vibrations and temperature fluctuations. This high level of solidity makes the NIRS DS2500 suitable for at-line use by anyone in any warehouse or production plant. The DS2500 complies with pharma regulations and supports the regulation requirement of 100% raw materials identification in the production of dietary supplements.
