The adaptability of Camag’s TLC-MS Interface is highlighted in the latest edition of their Bibliography Service Magazine. The TLC-MS is already established as an efficient extractor of compounds for online transfer into APCI-MS, APPI-MS and ESI-MS.  Its already wide-ranging capabilities have now been extend to nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy.  Hyphenation of HPTLC-NMR is an exciting complementary method to the well-established coupling of HPTLC-MS.  The versatility of the TLC-MS is again demonstrated in a separate study, coupling a novel compact single quadrupole mass spectrometer with an ESI or APCI ion source, producing excellent and reliable performance data.  Compatible with all common HPTLC-MS systems, the TLC-MS has proven to be one of the most reliable and versatile interfaces for TLC/HPTLC-MS coupling.
