Troubled by Sample Solubility

Apr 28 2008

Sample solubility limitations dramatically impact the amount of work a chromatographer can perform. When faced with solubility issues the normal approach is to simply increase the number of injections, which pro-rata increases the time and the cost of the project.

Now there is a new solution from Dynamic Extractions, which is to use a HPCCC instrument, which fits in and is completely compatible with the existing LC system and allows the user to use a liquid stationary phase to solve that solubility problem.

Now with both liquid mobile and stationary phases sample injection options are tripled. Now the sample can be injected in either the individual mobile or stationary phases or a mixture of the two, whichever combination allows the highest loading per injection.
