PFAS are used in the manufacturing of PTFE. Chromatography, LCMS/MS or GCMS is often used to test for this chemical and it is vital the autosampler vials and caps should not contain any PFAS or PTFE.

Screw Caps designed for PFAS Testing from Microsolv Technology are used with 9mm screw top autosampler vials. These caps include a silicone rubber/polypropylene septa or liner and will reseal after initial injections but do not contain any PTFE.
