10-cells spectrofluorometer + μinjectors  

SAFAS Xenius XC has outstanding sensitivity and can work opened, enabling easy manual injections in the 10 stirred, thermostated and aligned cuvettes, measured in 5 seconds. Optional, 1 to 15 micro-injectors enable injection automation, inside or in-situ; 2 reagents can be injected in stirred microsamples of 250μl with steps of 0.1μl. Living fixed cellulas can be measured in evolutive perifusion media. Absorbance is optional. The high aperture grating monochromators have variable bandwidths (1-30nm), unparalleled 0.2nm accuracy, 0.01nm repeatability, and are validated on Pharmacopoeia standards. Innovative optical design provides amazing quality on the most difficult samples (turbid, cellular suspensions, heterogeneous, solids, etc..), with photobleaching protection. Fiber optics are optional for in-situ measurements. Evolutive, it is upgradeable with microplate reader (Abs, Fluo, and/or Lumi), all techniques and samples being available simultaneously without dismantling. PC controlled through Ethernet TCP/IP and USB ports, with powerful and user-friendly software.
