SAFAS Xenius XM is a high performance grating monochromator microplate reader with 100% AIR technology (high energy, no fiber optics!) and variable bandwidths (1-30nm). Techniques are ordered "a la carte": luminescence, spectrofluorescence and absorbance; it is upgradable depending on needs and budgets. Bioluminescence has amazing dynamic range (70Mcps), sensitivity and crosstalking (<10-5), with 2 injection heads in measurement position, and up to 15 autopriming micro-injectors. Spectra of bioluminescence, absorbance and fluorescence (exc/emi/sync/3D) are scanned up to 7000nm/min. The fast auto-10-cuvette holder is optional, like auto-Polarizers which measure anisotropy down to 275nm with magic angle. Validable on Pharmacopoeia standards. Driven by a user-friendly, powerful PC software (FDA 21CFR part11 optional) through Ethernet TCP/IP and USB ports.
