The new SPOTTM FLASH System is extremely compact and comprises pump, gradient former, injection valve, column mount, detector, fraction collector, computer and software. It is available in various versions with different flow rate ranges, gradient formation and number of flash columns. It can be operated to a pressure of 25 bar with all commercially available flash columns.
