Hamamatsu Photonics has expanded their range of mid-infrared detectors with the new C12494-222S InAsSb detector module. This module features 2-stage thermoelectric cooling and built-in amplification, for high signal-to-noise ratio in a compact package. This new module is also RoHS compliant, ensuring both safety and environmental friendliness.
This novel detector is easy-to-use, it just needs to be connected to a DC power supply and is ideal for integration into portable instruments for gas sensing, remote temperature measurement or mid-infrared spectroscopy.
