The Pilot Reactor Controller from AGI Glassplant offers you easy-to-use, no-code automation, control and monitoring of any reactor and associated devices via a single software interface. Designed for the pharmaceutical, chemical, CRO/CMO, agrochemical, flavour, and fragrance sectors, this modular and scalable system provides easy integration of third-party devices, offering secure and robust data connections to help any reactor reach its full potential.

AGI Glassplant Pilot Reactor Controller is an easy-to-use, turnkey solution that is ideal for chemists and chemical engineers looking to automate their reactor, whatever the scale, via a simple, highly customisable hardware and software solution.

No coding or programming experience is needed to operate the Pilot Reactor Controller; simply plug in all your reactor devices and use the software to automate your process.

Designed for universal connectivity

The Pilot Reactor Controller works with any manufacturer’s reactor, connecting to a vast range of devices, from circulators, stirrers, sensors, pumps and many more. Compact modular design means that the Hub and DAQ can adapt to controlling reactions of any level of complexity and be physically positioned in whatever arrangement works for your lab.

Secure automation and data collection

Being built upon OPC Unified Architecture, the Pilot Reactor Controller offers secure, robust data connections for all the devices you need for your process. All data is compiled from all your connected devices and can be monitored using the Pilot Reactor Controller Software’s customisable numerical and graphical live displays or exported in a single file for further processing with third-party software.

Flexible and scalable

The Pilot Reactor Controller’s modular design is easily configurable and removes the need to build a custom solution for your specific reactor. Each of the four module slots on the DAQ can be customised with one of five different communication interfaces, giving you a total of 16 different connections on each DAQ. Choose from any combination of:

  • Serial
  • Thermocouple
  • Digital Out
  • Analogue In/Out
  • RTD

Additional DAQs can be added as necessary, enabling scale-up and control of even the most complex processes.
