Filter and react without product loss

Synthesise, wash, isolate, and dry solids all within the same vessel. AGI Glassplant Filter Reactors feature user-friendly filter fittings that can be easily uncoupled, lowered, and positioned for product collection without mess. Loss of valuable filtrate is eliminated by a double PTFE gasket design that sandwiches the filter cloth, locking it in place.

AGI Glassplant Filter Reactors are ideal if your product yield depends on having reproducible thermal conditions. Our glass vessels feature complete jacket coverage around the glass cylinder for maximum thermal transfer for uniform thermal treatment in crystallisation or solid treatment processes.

Cost-effective filtration for every scale

  • Benchtop Filter Reactor: 1 L to 5 L, operating temperature range of -40°C to +200°C
  • Pilot Plant Filter Reactor Plus: 10 L to 30 L, operating temperature range of -90°C to +200°C
