As an alternative to traditional ICP and AFS/AAS systems for water, wastewater and sludge/soil analysis, a new dual beam mercury analyser from Milestone can measure to low ppt levels in 5 minutes.
The sample preparation stage in mercury analysis often causes a problem particularly with sludges and soils due to its volatility. The Milestone mercury analyser does not require any sample preparation or additional reagents thus eliminating the risk of mercury loss and cross contamination.
