As University maintenance teams work hard to finalise their summer improvements in science laboratories and school fume cupboards, Axair received a call from a big University following a fire in one of their laboratories. Students and staff were disheartened by the fact that current supplier lead times meant that the facilities would not be available for use at the start of the new academic term. Due to Axair’s policy of stocking all corrosion resistant fume fans, even the largest in their range. The university was able to receive their fans on very short lead times. 7 S35s and 7 S25 polypropylene fans were dispatched immediately and will be installed in time for the new academic year to continue as normal.
