Bio-Chem Fluidics has expanded its line of Bio-Chem Valve™ solenoid-operated isolation valves to include the high-flow, chemically inert 150L-Series. The new valves are unique in that they provide a chemically inert fluid path through a large orifice, for a higher flow rate than other chemically inert valves.

The 150L-Series of valves is ideal for use in analytical instrumentation, clinical diagnostics and environmental analysis. All wetted parts are constructed from PTFE for maximum compatibility with aggressive solvents. The 150LSeries features a compact design for ease of integration in OEM systems. All of Bio-Chem Fluidics’ isolation valves use a solenoid actuation mechanism, which is isolated from the fluid path with a flexible diaphragm. This eliminates the need for the solenoid to be made from highly inert materials, reducing the final cost to the customer. The actuation mechanism is rated up to 20 million cycles to ensure a long service life.
