A major cause of repetitive strain injuries and user discomfort in pipetting is an excessive workload of the thumb.
The novel CappAero Comfort, from Capp A/S, sensationally reduces the thumb workload up to about 70% compared to other manual pipettes. This has been achieved by means of a tip ejection handle letting the other fingers take over a large part of the thumb work-load, and at the same time reducing the force needed for aspiration and blow-out to a very minimum.
With the CappAero Comfort not only the risk of pipetting related health problems is virtually eliminated, but less fatigue also makes the user work more efficient and with a higher precision.
