Carbolite has expanded its equipment range with the addition of the extensive Carbolite Gero series of high temperature furnaces enabling Carbolite UK to offer its customers high temperature furnaces up to 3000°C under vacuum, inert gas and reactive atmospheres.

Chamber, top hat and bottom loading models are available as well as several horizontal and vertical tube configurations.  Specialist applications include debinding and sintering following metal injection moulding (MIM). Depending on the temperature range and application, the equipment uses graphite, molybdenum or tungsten heating elements.  Control can be manual, semi or fully automatic.

The Carbolite Gero range includes high temperature furnaces for academic and industrial research as well as for small scale specialised production applications. Carbolite Gero products are designed and manufactured in Germany but can be ordered through the Carbolite UK office.
