The Carbolite Gero High Temperature Furnace (HTF) range comprises 1700°C and 1800°C models. There are two bench-top sized chambers for each of the maximum temperatures together with larger capacity floor standing units with chamber capacities in excess of 15 litres.

The HTF range of chamber furnaces is well-proven and has a reputation for quality and reliability. High powered molyddenum disilicide super kanthal heating elements provide fast heat-up rates and a reduced number of larger diameter elements ensures excellent thermal uniformity, providing longer lifetime and reduced replacement costs.  High purity insulation material is used which offers excellent resistance to thermal stress and the furnaces’ double shell construction with fan assisted air flow maintains the outer case temperature according to the international standard BS EN 61010.

Standard features include: 4 to 27 litre capacities; up and away door keeps heated surface away from the user; advanced refractory interior, used in combination with energy efficient low thermal mass insulation; programmable 3216P1 controller; over-temperature protection; the HTF 17/25 & HTF 18/15 both have electric door actuation.
