The 750°C HRF Air Recirculating Furnaces from Carbolite are particularly useful for stress relieving, annealing, tempering and
normalising as well as a wide range of other heat treatment processes.
The powerful centrifugal fan, air-guide system and resistance wire heating elements provide excellent uniformity and rapid heat transfer
to workpieces within the chamber.
Double skin construction in combination with low thermal mass insulation give cool, safe outer case temperatures, whilst the high grade stainless steel interior and refractory board hearth support, provide load bearing capacity. There are three models in the range starting with a bench mounting unit at 22 litres and larger, 112 and 324 litre capacity, floor standing models.
A PID controller with process timer and single ramp rate to set-point is provided as standard. For more advanced applications a wide range
of multi-segment and multi-program controllers are available as well as options for digital communications and DAQ or analogue graphical
data acquisition.
