Flared Tubing Guards Against Leaks

DIBA Industries Flared Tubing Assemblies ensure tight fluid connections for consistent, leak-free processing. Using proprietary thermal forming, Diba flares the end of tubing assemblies to create a leak tight seal and maintain consistent volume in sample, reagent, or other lines. The tight connection reduces or eliminates dead volumes and carryover.

Flared Tubing Assemblies are available in standard and custom configurations. Tubing material, inside diameter and outside diameter for Single Flare or Double Flare assemblies are all flexible. Additionally, Diba can provide tubing assembled and labeled, reducing build and service times.
Thermoformed Flared Tubing Assemblies are also available. Shaped with turns and bends to fit unique equipment designs, the tubing prevents kinking and blockage.

Diba's critical fluid handling components include flared tubing assemblies, lined or coated aspirate dispense probes with level sensing, in-line heaters, and custom cap assemblies.
