New Refrigerated Centrifuge Combines Versatility and High Capacity
Jul 09 2018
The 5910 R centrifuge from Eppendorf sets the next benchmark in versatility, capacity and user convenience. The powerful state-of-the-art refrigeration system with advanced temperature management ensures the safety of your samples.
The versatile instrument‘s main swing-bucket rotor holds both conical tubes and plates which eliminates the need to change rotor buckets or adapters. This improves handling and saves time. The universal adapters hold 15 or 50 mL conical tubes and plates.
The 5910 R boasts higher capacity than traditional 3 litre multipurpose centrifuges. It can accommodate max. 4 x 750 mL / 36 x 50 mL conical / 120 x 5/7 mL blood collection / 20 x MTP.
The multilingual operation menu includes language support for English, German, French and Spanish. In addition, five program keys for easy access to routine programs are incorporated.
Delivering super quiet operation, the 5910 R is the quietest multipurpose centrifuge within the Eppendorf product range.
Users can expect outstanding cooling performance from the 5910 R. The FastTemp pro® function allows for automatic precooling based on pre-programmable time and date. Continuous cooling maintains a constant temperature after the run has been completed to ensure your samples stay cool. ECO shut-off to reduce energy consumption engages when the instrument is not in use. Dynamic compressor control (DCC) technology guarantees precise cooling performance.
