Bridging the gap between laboratory Büchner funnels and production nutsche filters

Like high purity production systems, these compact units perform highly efficient pressurised filtration, plus solids washing, reslurrying, and heated vacuum drying with agitation, all in a single, sealed 316L stainless steel vessel. Handling, contamination, and safety risks are greatly reduced in pharma, specialty and fine chemicals and many other industries.

The Pope standard Benchtop Series units are stocked and available in 1, 3, 4, and 5-L sizes, are CE/PED and ASME pressure certified and come complete with sightglasses, valves, pressure/vacuum gauges, pressure reliefs crystal washing sprayheads, and choices of filter screen pore sizes. Raising/lowering filter cake agitators and options for heating and vacuum are offered.

Beyond standard Benchtop models, Pope also stocks standard 25, 50, and 100-L nutsche sizes. These standard and stocked units are all available with short delivery times. In addition to stocked systems, custom nutsche filter-dryers are offered in many sizes, fabrication materials, designs, and feature sets, including isolation, containment, and harvesting types, and advanced controls.
