New Subsidiary Opened in Italy

Retsch opened a new subsidiary in Italy on January, 1st 2008. In Retsch Italia the customer support is a priority: in the new fully equipped application laboratory we will process and measure any kind of customer’s sample free-of-charge in order to provide a recommendation for the most suitable method and instrument for the specific application. With the processed sample the customer will receive a complete Test report with all the information concerning the selected instrument; the results are collected in a database which currently contains more than 15.000 test reports, which is available also on the Italian website www.retsch.it.
With the new mobile application laboratory, Retsch can show directly at the customer site all the instruments fully operative, offering the possibility to process the customer’s sample in several locations in Italy. To complete the customer support, it is possible to download any kind of information, like brochures, instrument videos from the Retsch website. Retsch publishes a periodic magazine “the Sample” where
all the new applications and new detailed product information are available.
