Our new tall cupboards almost clean themselves

Meet the daddy long-legs of the cupboard world, with sturdy 300mm legs for greater floor clearance, plus a host of other dirt-busting features…

Teknomek have been busy thinking about removing dirt traps and have designed a tough new family of tall cupboards with a host of hygienic improvements. Starting at ground level, they offer longer legs for a more thorough and faster clean underneath.

Open the door to easy clean design; the big difference you’ll find inside is the intelligently designed shelving with drainage holes to drain the water after cleaning (which then escapes easily through more drainage holes in the base). The shelves sit on easy-clean rods too – you won’t find any dirt traps here!

Each cupboard is constructed from robust 304 grade, 1.5mm thick stainless steel, with no ledges or crevices to hold onto dust. Add to that the clean room favourite, the hygienic sloping top, and cleaning is effortless from top to bottom.

The range offers numerous options to fit particular scenarios, starting at 600mm wide, with a choice of no doors at all or lockable solid, mesh, or clear doors with shatterproof polycarbonate panels. Shelves can be added separately to create the right storage configuration and now include wire for air flow too.

If you can’t find a model that fits your specific needs, we are always happy to build bespoke versions to fit your requirements. These include the more chemically robust 316 grade stainless steel or a Ra lower than 0.5um, then the Teknomek manufacturing team can supply to match your clean down specification.
