New LCMS-compatible plastic microvials with a permanent marking spot
Mar 06 2025
MicroSolv is excited to announce the launch of its latest innovation in autosampler vials: the LCMS-Compatible Plastic Microvials with a permanent marking spot. These microvials are designed to meet the rigorous demands of modern analytical laboratories.
Key Features:
- Permanent marking spot: Each vial features a permanent marking spot, ensuring clear and lasting identification of samples.
- Ultra-pure, virgin, medical grade polypropylene: Manufactured from high-quality materials, these vials are ideal for sensitive applications.
- LCMS compatibility: The vials are extractables-free in most LCMS solvents, making them perfect for liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LCMS) applications.
- Translucent design: The translucent nature of the vials allows for easy visual inspection of contents.
- Flat Bottom Design for Vials: The flat bottom enhances needle reach and Minimises bubble formation.
- ISO 9001:2015 Certified: Produced in an ISO-certified facility, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
The LCMS-Compatible plastic microvials are particularly popular for bio-analysis with aqueous samples and samples that react with glass. Their narrow mouth design and 300ul total fill capacity make them an excellent choice for autosampler vials. These vials are available with both a 9 mm thread for screw caps and an 11 mm snap top. Both vials have a 12x32 mm outer dimension.
