More consistent cell culture. More time for science

12 Oct, 2026

Manual T-flask culture relies on skilled scientists, yet even carefully followed protocols can be executed differently. Small variations in timing, detachment, mixing, liquid handling or handovers can accumulate across passages. When downstream results change, laboratories may struggle to determine whether the cause was biological or process-related. At the same time, media exchange, passaging, seeding and harvesting require substantial hands-on time and become harder to coordinate as workloads grow.

Hamilton’s Cell Care FLASK translates familiar T-flask workflows into controlled, automated processes. Designed for adherent and suspension cultures in T175 and Triple Flask formats, it reproduces routine handling in a defined way while maintaining a closed fluid path through MagPearl® technology. Researchers retain flexibility to adapt workflow parameters to their culture needs, while barcode identification and automated run documentation improve process visibility and traceability.

By making routine handling more defined and repeatable across users, days and shifts, Cell Care FLASK helps reduce process-related variability and can free up to 2–2.5 hours of hands-on time per run. Scientists gain more capacity for experimental design, data interpretation and critical decisions.

More consistent cell culture. More time to focus on the biology.
