Monolithic all-quartz construction unlocks capabilities impossible with jacketed cells: full immersion cleaning and wide range temperature applications across the entire dissolution flow cell portfolio. All-quartz construction enables full cell immersion in acids and solvents for enhanced cleaning whilst supporting extreme temperature applications beyond jacketed cell limitations. This dual capability expands both cleaning protocols and testing conditions previously unavailable, including autoclavable sterilisation.

Delivering these expanded capabilities across every dissolution geometry draws on six decades of quartz manufacturing expertise and advanced heat-fusion technology, whilst continuing our established jacketed cell production.

Direct heat-fusion creates single-piece, solid quartz bodies without metal components. This design ensures leak-proof performance whilst delivering optical clarity, chemical inertness, and temperature tolerance. Precision-cut internal quartz threads enable secure tubing connections.

Where others provide limited variants, every application now has an all-quartz solution. Precision quartz threading delivers consistent performance across all geometries, eliminating protocol variations.

Each cell includes unique serialisation and verified path lengths for traceability. Interference spectrometry confirms short path length accuracy to ±0.002 mm. Pressure testing exceeding 5 bar validates integrity under demanding conditions.

Optimised geometry reduces carry-over and bubble retention through profiled, laminar flow characteristics.

USP Apparatus 4-compatible portfolio: long, wide, medium, and sub-micro geometries, plus short-path variants. Standard M6 fittings and Luer-lock adapters are available, with 1/4" 28 TPI threads and custom configurations supplied to order. No geometry compromises.
