Autoscribe sees Sharp Rise in US Uptake
Jun 22 2016
Autoscribe Informatics is delighted to announce a record order intake for its Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) in the USA. Results for the 6 months to April 2016 showed a total increase of orders of 161%, with April itself showing the highest ever order book for a single month.
Autoscribe Informatics President, John Boother, said: “This is the latest step in a period of sustained growth for the company. It is a just reward for the effort we have put in to growing the business in the USA. We have increased our sales and support team there and they have worked tirelessly to provide our customers with LIMS that exactly meet their requirements. While this is greatly facilitated by the configuration tools provided in Matrix Gemini, it is still vitally important that our team works closely with customers to fully understand their current and future needs and ensure that systems we provide are exactly fit for purpose.”
“Similarly we have seen significant growth in our support business as well as system orders, which is also very pleasing”, he continued. “The flexibility of Matrix Gemini means that we are happy to work with laboratories with hugely differing needs. We have worked with single users right up to organisations with multiple laboratories at different sites.”
