His Royal Highness the Duke of York visited British medical technology companies exhibiting at Arab Health 2006 held during January.
Prince Andrew, who is the UK Special Representative for International Trade and Investment, was accompanied by UAE Health Minister His Excellency Hamad Abdul Rahman Al Midfa, as he toured the stands of UK medical device companies.
Arab Health 2006 is the second largest event of its kind in the world. More than 2000 companies from 50 countries participated in the event, which featured 30 national pavilions and an estimated attendance of 28,000 visitors.
