Registration for the 2016 Light Microscopy Facility Managers Meeting is now open. This annual meeting is taking place from 7 January to 8 January at Keble College, Oxford. Scientific Organisers: Dr Ian Dobbie, Christoffer Lagerholm and Graham Brown, University of Oxford.

Following on from the success of previous years, this informal meeting will again provide Imaging Managers the opportunity to interact, discuss issues and share ideas from their field, providing the ideal opportunity to exchange feedback and to also hear about new technologies and advances in the industry. Participation from commercial organisations, microscope manufacturers and software developers is welcomed.

Confirmed speakers to date include; Dr Ian Dobbie, University of Oxford; Esther Garcia, University of Oxford; Christoffer Lagerholm, University of Oxford; David Pinto, University of Oxford and Dr Alex Sossick, University of Cambridge. This event is free for 2 Academic attendees from each Facility to attend. An additional 3 further academics can attend at a cost of £50 per person. There is accommodation available on the night of 7 January for £80 per room. In addition to the conference, there will be an evening meal at the Luton Hoo. This three course meal is open to all delegates and is included in the registration fee.
