Worldwide Real Estate Associates, LLC acquires 123,000 ft2 facility and 18.1 acres located at 1022 Spruce Street, Vineland New Jersey from Kimble-Chase LLC.
“The acquisition now provides the necessary space and land for further expansion of Worldwide Glass Resources® business activities and is in line with our long term strategic goals. We will continue to invest in our team, equipment and facilities in order to meet our customers’ needs,” said Jim Crawford, President.
Worldwide Glass Resources® is a leading manufacturer of laboratory vials and accessories serving such markets as Pharmaceutical R&D, Petrol-Chemical, Environmental and Food and Fragrance laboratories.
