Global water technology company, Xylem Inc showcased its industry-leading brands and comprehensive analytical solutions from its company divisions at Pittcon 2016.

OI Analytical launched the OI 5383 Pulsed Flame Detector (PFPD) for determining and analysing low levels of sulfur, phosphorous and 26 other analytes of interest in the petrochemical, environmental lab, and food & beverage markets. Also introduced was the Eclipse 4760 Purge and Trap Sample Concentrator, offering faster cycle times and higher sample throughput in drinking water, wastewater, soils, and petrochemical applications.

The Bellingham + Stanley brand presented the RFM900-T Series, high precision Peltier temperature controlled benchtop refractometers, with compact design, a wide measuring range up to 1.70 RI and new 7” touch-screen user interface.

YSI featured its laboratory pH meters, offering a significant variety of unique pH and ISE instruments for a broad range of lab applications, from food & beverage and biochem to life science and water.

Xylem continues its commitment to growth with the acquisitions of HYPACK, Inc. in November and Tideland Signal Corporation in February. The acquisitions are the first for Xylem in over two years, and strengthen Xylem’s capabilities in the ocean and coastal vertical market segments.
