The C Series chemical-resistant diaphragm pumps offer a reliable, oil-free solution for continuous handling of corrosive gases and vapours, making them ideal for demanding laboratory and industrial applications. Their multi-stage design delivers a rare combination of high pumping speed and deep ultimate vacuum, with all wetted components made from PTFE to resist the most aggressive chemicals. A precision sealing system minimises leakage, achieving ultimate vacuums down to 1 mbar. 

Wiggens continues to enhance this series with more powerful motor drives and advanced multi-stage pump heads, perfectly suited to applications requiring high vacuum with corrosive media. Typical uses include pilot reactors, industrial rotary evaporators, semiconductor processes, drying ovens, and other laboratory applications, with maximum pumping speeds reaching 145 L/min.

The frequency conversion motor allows rapid achievement of high vacuum levels with excellent stability, even in larger labs. It also reduces operational noise and prolongs the pump’s service life, ensuring smoother, quieter, and more reliable operation.
