The Wiggens Strike Series rotary evaporators are engineered to deliver reliable performance, intuitive operation and ergonomic comfort – supporting efficient separation, concentration and purification in modern laboratories.

Designed to scale seamlessly from routine laboratory work to pilot plant applications, the Strike series supports evaporation flasks of up to 100L. From standard configurations to ATEX-certified explosion-proof models, as well as options for continuous distillation, Wiggens offers flexible solutions tailored to a wide range of process requirements.

The latest lab-scale rotary evaporator, Strike 185, combines contemporary design with advanced control technology. A large, intuitive touch-screen interface provides clear visualisation of all operating parameters, while values can be adjusted via touch control, rotary knob or both, allowing fast and precise fine-tuning. Integrated temperature control, vacuum control and timer functions enable programmable distillation workflows, helping to automate evaporation processes, improve reproducibility and reduce hands-on time. Rotation speed ranges from 20–300 rpm, with a heating bath temperature of up to 185°C and an independent safety circuit to prevent bath overheating. The system provides real-time monitoring of vapour and cooling water temperature across a wide range of evaporating and receiving flask sizes, with a horizontally adjustable heating bath, up to 90mm, for flexible flask handling.
