Amsbio's immunoMUSE® kits use enzyme-free DNA nanotechnology to simplify multiplex immunofluorescence while delivering high-sensitivity biomarker detection without the species or isotype restrictions associated with conventional approaches.
Designed for 2- to 4-plex tissue analysis, the kits enable researchers to use their own validated primary antibodies to detect low-abundance biomarkers in FFPE and other tissue samples. The technology provides greater sensitivity than traditional secondary antibody-based methods while producing imaging results within a single working day.
Unlike conventional immunofluorescence workflows, which often rely on repeated staining and stripping steps, immunoMUSE® preserves tissue morphology by eliminating harsh processing that can compromise sample integrity. This makes the technology particularly well suited to challenging tissue samples where maintaining morphology is essential.
The streamlined protocol requires just two room-temperature steps and integrates easily into existing laboratory workflows without the need for specialised instrumentation. Automation-ready, the system can generate stained-to-imaged slides in less than a day, helping laboratories improve throughput while maintaining reproducible staining performance.
Designed for researchers working with challenging tissue samples and low-abundance biomarkers, immunoMUSE® provides a simple, reproducible approach to multiplex immunofluorescence without compromising tissue integrity.
