Huber has replaced the low cost MPC thermostats with new, improved models. The controllers have a new design and now offer an RS232 interface as standard. Additionally temperature control has been improved, now providing a continuous resolution of 0.1 °C, over the entire temperature range.

MPC's are characterized by a favorable price-performance ratio, ease of operation and their commitment to environmentally friendly refrigeration with natural refrigerants. MPC thermostats are ideal for many laboratory applications including samples, analysis, materials testing, or, for external control of instruments and experimental setups. The MPCs achieve a temperature stability of ± 0.05 ° C and are equipped with an over-temperature and low-level protection conforming to safety Class III / FL (DIN 12876) for use with flammable liquids.

The pump achieves a performance of 20 l / min, 0.2 bar (pressure side) and 17 l / min, 0.18 bar (suction side). The MPCs have a temperature range from 200 °C to -30 °C. Accessories such as test tube racks, height adjustable platforms, bath covers, sensors and hoses and adapters are available.
