Durable and nimble, the Highland portable precision balance from Adam Equipment is packed with built-in, practical features that make laboratory weighing easier and more efficient than other balances in its category.

Highland’s innovative design elevates it to a level of durability and functionality previously seen only in more expensive balances. Its internal ShockProtect® feature helps prevent damage from overloads if heavy items are placed on the balance. The standard, patented HandiCal® is an intuitive feature that offers quick and effortless calibration without using external weights, ensuring consistent measurements each time.

All Highland models come equipped with a built-in security slot for a Kensington-type lock and cable. A sealed, colour-coded keypad with large, backlit LCD and dual tare keys make operation smooth and simple. The Highland includes features such as capacity tracker, zero tracking and full-range tare, along with RS-232 and USB interfaces to facilitate speedy communication with computers and printers. A rechargeable battery, removable draft shield, adjustable feet, levelling bubble, stainless steel pan and a weigh-below hook for density and specific gravity measurements are standard on the balance. Available in eight models, the Highland boasts capacities from 120g to 3000g and up to 15 different units of measure.
