Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc has established a new partnership with Alta Tecnología (Chile), allowing support of sales activities in Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia for the Thermo Scientific portfolio of informatics products. Oliver Faidi Cortes, Director of Sales in Latin America & Caribbean Thermo Fisher Scientific, comments, "With distributors already located strategically across Latin America, this new partnership demonstrates our commitment to further expanding and improving our services in this geography. Headquartered in Santiago de Chile, Alta Tecnología has developed a deep knowledge of local
businesses across Chile, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, and the Thermo Scientific Informatics products through training.

This perfectly positions Alta Tecnología to further promote and support our informatics portfolio for both new and existing customers."
Gonzalo Gonzalez, of Alta Tecnología, confirms, "Alta Tecnología focuses on the Latin American market, currently specialising in mass spectroscopy, spectroscopy and elemental analysis. We already represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in Uruguay, Paraguay and Bolivia for mass spectrometry; chromatography; spectroscopy and elemental analysis products; and are responsible for the spectroscopy products (UV-VIS and IR) in Chile. Alta Tecnología will offer sales and technical support for the informatics portfolio, bringing a dedicated local approach to the Thermo Fisher activity in the region."
