The PHERAstar® FSX, the new gold standard microplate reader for High-Throughput Screening. Thanks to its  unique Optic Module System, Simultaneous Dual Emission, UV/Vis Spectrometer, dedicated AlphaScreen® and TRF Lasers - whatever your application, the PHERAstar® FSX will perform it to the highest sensitivity with ease and speed, even in 3456-well microplates.

For ease of use the Optic Module System contains application-specific filters, mirrors, dichroics and/or polarisers which are automatically recognised by the reader and give the optimum performance for your assays. The PHERAstar® FSX also offers Simultaneous Dual Emission for all assay technologies. Applications such as FRET, TR-FRET, BRET, Alpha technology and Absorbance benefit from faster read times and tighter statistics.

For HTS automation, the PHERAstar® FSX can be equipped with BMG Labtech's large capacity Stacker or can be integrated with ease on to any robotic platform. For fast or slow kinetic reads the FSX can have up to 2 integrated reagent injectors capable of injection at measurement position with individual injection volumes for each well and variable injection speeds of up to 420 µL / s.
