Elite TGAs: Precision & Efficiency in Thermal Analysis

18 Jun, 2025

Elite Thermal's Thermogravimetric Analysers (TGAs) are engineered for high-performance, measuring sample weight changes as a function of temperature. Our TGA et500 and TGA et250 models are widely used across industries for analysing materials such as coal, coke, cement, catalysts, feed, and foodstuffs.

Both Elite TGA models feature an integrated balance that streamlines drying, ashing, and weighing into a single process, enhancing efficiency, precision, and throughput. They are fully compliant with international standards, including ASTM, ISO, DIN, and EN, ensuring reliable and comparable results.

Key Models & Features:

  • TGA et500: This advanced model boasts a dual carousel design with automatic placement and removal of crucible lids, enabling fully automatic analysis. It offers a programmable furnace, a thermally isolated balance (0.0001g precision), analysis for up to 19 samples, Windows-based software with 16 editable programs, and LIMS connectivity.
  • TGA et250: A cost-effective solution providing precise analysis with manual handling of crucible lids.

Both the TGA et500 and TGA et250 are capable of analysing organic, inorganic, and synthetic samples, providing critical parameters such as Moisture, Volatiles, Ash, Loss on Ignition (LOI), and Fixed Carbon.

Established in 1998, Elite Thermal's core philosophy canters on ensuring customer satisfaction through the provision of high-quality products, competitive pricing, and superior customer service.
