IKA® offers the most comprehensive range of high quality magnetic stirrers. The C-MAG series of magnetic stirrers provide reliable, safe heating and stirring solutions with high performance and efficiency. It is designed with the most advanced ‘German Technology’. The flat, space-saving, sturdy and robust construction provides easy handling, excellent durability and added stability.

The C-MAG series of magnetic stirrers (MS series without heating), magnetic hotplate stirrers (HS series with heating) and hotplates (HP series) are available with heating plates in 4, 7 and 10 inches. It is equipped with a powerful motor for stirring quantities up to 15 L (H2O). The glass ceramic heating plate offers excellent chemical resistance to acids, bases and solvents. Easy cleaning of the heating plate and the device casing is a great benefit. The elevated control panel protects the display from spilled liquids. Additionally, the hot surface warning remains illuminated even after device is turned off. This combination makes it perfect for simple laboratory applications.

All the C-MAG stirrers come equipped with step less speed control, DIN bushing for connecting an electronic contact thermometer such as an ETS-D5, fixed safety circuit of 550oC and all units meet the international safety standards in compliance with UL, CE and IEC norms.
