INTEGRA Biosciences is excited to introduce the Clean Blood & Tissue DNA Kit, a powerful magnetic bead-based solution for genomic DNA (gDNA) isolation from blood, buffy coat, tissue, and cultured cells. 

The kit streamlines and automates gDNA extraction, delivering high purity and optimal yields. Unlike traditional spin column protocols that require labor-intensive centrifugation steps, the Clean Blood & Tissue DNA Kit uses magnetic bead-based technology that integrates seamlessly with INTEGRA’s automated ASSIST PLUS pipetting robot with HEATMAG module for optimal lysis and elution. 

A recent performance study showed that the Clean Blood & Tissue DNA Kit achieved high DNA yields, with optimal purity and compatibility with downstream qPCR workflows. The automated protocol presented in this application note reduces hands-on time and enhances reproducibility, making it ideal for busy genomics and molecular biology labs.
