Gas Detection Explosion Proof Controller

New Gas Detection Digital Modbus RTU Explosion Proof Controller – TA-2016MB-XP designed and manufactured by Mil-Ram Technology, features a 16-channel system (8 channels available) utilising RS-485 Modbus RTU Network. Multi-drop Network eliminates separate wiring to each Transmitter. Four relays (SPST), 10 Amp. are common to all channels and offer low, mid, high and fault relays and LED alarm indicators. External alarm stations are optional. Non-intrusive setup using magnet. Auto configuration wizard provides rapid channel setup with out special knowledge. Backlit 12 characters x two lines LCD display. Continuous Diagnostics. 110 VAC or 24 VDC. Optional is: remote relay modules, remote analog output module, and remote digital output module, Modbus enabled, can be installed at any point on RS-485 network to minimise wiring and interface to centralised system.

Analog input module to connect standard 4-20mA Transmitter where traditional analog installation preferred is optional. Explosion Proof enclosures rated Cl I, GR B, C, D. Use with any Mil-Ram smarter Gas Detection Transmitter - Toxic/LEL/VOC/ Oxygen, Infrared, MOS, more. Hundreds of different gases and vapors. The Mil-Ram smarter Gas Detection Transmitter – TA-2100 - RS485/4-20mA smarter 3 and 4-Wire Transmitter, uses MIL-RAM’S no false alarms, chemically selective Toxic, LEL, VOC, Infrared, MOS, Oxygen, patented sensors for gas detection and features selfcalibration - adjusts span monthly based on life curve. Auto calibration - auto gas calibration in two minutes, non-intrusive hands-free, magnetic switches. Offsite sensor only calibration to replace sensors in the field without recalibration. RS 485 Modbus RTU option - RS 485 can link 247 points on a pair of twisted wires. Loop Test. Peak Value. Remaining sensor life and replace sensor indicator. Diagnostics. Backlit 12 x 2 LCD display. Rapid warm-up.
