Netzsch Pumps Ltd a manufacturer of progressing cavity pumps has launched the C.Pro®, an innovative universal rotary dosing pump that is manufactured entirely from high-performance plastics and has only six components.

The C.Pro®, which is a development of Netzsch's popular NEMO® Mini pump, is designed for the transfer and metering of low to medium viscous products at rates from 0.1 to 1,000l/h at 18bar. By significantly reducing the number of major pump components from over thirty to just six, the C.Pro® provides unrivalled economy, is service friendly and requires minimum maintenance.

Ideal for use in the water, wastewater treatment, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, the C.Pro® and has been designed to offer continuous and near pulse-free metering of low-medium viscosity media (up to 20,000 mPas) including natural and artificial polymers; iron and aluminium salt solutions; formic, sulphuric and hydrochloric acids; and water and waste samples.

As well as being compact and economical, the C.Pro® also offers universal flanges for ANSI and DIN installations; various motor options; precise speed proportional metering of +/-1%; reversible rotation and transportation; and high suction and pressure capacities.
