The New Atlas Autotouch Press

One of Specac’s latest product developments is the Atlas Autotouch range of presses. These benchtop presses offer a fully programmable pressing solution for a wide range of laboratory sample preparation needs, particularly for FT-IR and XRF sampling techniques. The press is offered in 8, 15, 25 or 40 ton maximum operating loads.

The user friendly, colour touch screen display provides an easy to use interface with intuitive commands. The Autotouch also offers remote control functionality using a USB connection allowing the user to create their own software, which means the press is operated and monitored without the user needing to be in front of the press. This is particularly useful if the sample needs to be prepared in a controlled environment.
