The Photopette® Cell System enables ultra-fast photometric measurements for 600 nm, 570 nm and 340 nm wavelengths without the need for sample transfer into a cuvette. It is intended for cell biology applications. Seamless integration with smart devices make measurements, data acquisition and data sharing available at your fingertip.

Photopette® Cell directly in the cell culture hood to determine cell counts in seconds. Photopette Cell at 600 nm was used to quantify the cell number of HeLa cells in cultures. By using sterile CuveTips, measurements can be performed directly in the cell culture flask within the hood.

Photopette is the ideal instrument for fast and convenient measurements at the lab bench, in the cell culture hood, out in the plant or in the field for applications within: academic teaching laboratories (life science); cell culture or tissue culture; DNA and protein quantification; beer, wine and spirits; farming and livestock; outdoor water and chemical analysis; in process QC testing.

Photopette can perform all measurements or assays than other fixed wavelengths spectrophotometers can perform. Photopette is affordable and fun to use with its intuitive app running on any iOS/Android phone or tablet. More applications are available at the Tip Biosystems webpage as downloadable application notes; the Photopette app is downloadable for free at the App store and Play store.
