Taylor Hobson, based in Leicester is a manufacturer of non contact measurement systems. They have been using automated scanning stages from Prior for some time to assist with their inspection needs.
Recently they approached Prior with a requirement for a fully ESD compatible conductive stage specifically designed for the semi-conductor market.
Prior designed, prototyped and manufactured an Electroless Nickel coated stage directly to their requirements. Completely meeting the requirements of ESD.
