Avantes Celebrates 10th Anniversary of their Chinese Subsidiary

On 31 May 2007, Avantes China was founded in Beijing. This step was made in order to offer better service to the company’s Chinese customers. Nowadays Avantes China is headquartered in Beijing and has also offices in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Chengdu.

Over the last 10 years, Avantes China has lived up to the company’s strategy and focused on product innovation, continuous improvement and implementation of new technologies for current and future products, creating generic modular solutions in the fields of Clean Tech, Green Tech and Life Science.

“We can provide easy to use complete systems for scientific customers, provide online and offline measurement solutions for industrial customers and provide OEM modules and support of DLL for OEM customers,” said Henry Zhang, Director of Avantes China.

Avantes China has a rich experience in the field of spectral measurement, such as Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), colour measurement, LED measurement, irradiance measurement, Laser Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy (LIBS), plasma measurement, laser wavelength measurement, absorbance measurement, reflectance/ transmittance measurement, fluorescence measurement and thin film measurement.

Avantes’ achievements can be ascribed to the experienced sales and technical support team with a group of PhD, Master and undergraduates.
